BOOKING INFO & DEPOSIT:

• To request appointment please fill out either flash form or custom form. My books will remain open and I will approve or reject proposals individually.  
• If u want a custom design, when filling out form u are allowed to submit 2 ideas in the tattoo description box to increase chances of me choosing u!
• Be clear and BRIEF with descriptions. 1-3 sentences please.
• I do not show custom designs before appointment. There will be time to make small changes on day of appointment, if need be.
• Once we have agreed upon a custom proposal and u have booked an appointment, u cannot change idea without my approval. I retain the right to refuse a new custom proposal. If u decide to cancel appointment due to this, u will forfeit deposit.
• I require a $100 deposit that is NON-REFUNDABLE but will come off ending price of tattoo
• If u cancel ur appointment or are 30 minutes late u will forfeit time slot & deposit. If u need to reschedule call the shop 48 hours BEFORE scheduled time. If u reschedule any later u will forfeit deposit and will have to place another
• DO NOT EMAIL ME ABOUT RESCHEDULING!! I will not see it. Call the shop please!!
• U only get ONE reschedule. A second reschedule will forfeit deposit and appointment
• If you are a no call, no show or repeatedly waste my time u will not be able to book with me in the future. Please be respectful.

PRICING & PAYMENT:

• Shop minimum is $120
• Half Day: $600+
• Full Day: $1200+
• Cash or card.
• Travel rates may increase depending on shop I am working at. I also take a travel fee deposit before booking that includes a percentage of my airfare and accommodations split evenly amongst each tattoo session. This travel fee is not applied to the cost of the tattoo.
