Please read through this and be sure to draft just ONE email. It’s tricky for me if I have to hop around between multiple messages of yours.
I prefer to have a consultation in person before an appointment, especially if it’s a larger piece. It allows you to meet me & see if we vibe & it allows for us to communicate freely and discuss the design more in depth with less misunderstandings.
1. BRIEF description
First I’ll need a simple & sweet idea of what you’d like. I know some want to give me a backstory, but save that for in person please. I have many emails to go through & it’s a lot of work for me to read a novel for each email I get. Getting to the point is best.
Where would you like the tattoo to be on your body? Please mention which side (ex: back of left forearm, top of right thigh, centered down spine). Knowing exactly where to place will help me design to flow with your natural shape and curves. Let me know if I’ll be working around existing tattoos, as well.
Estimate the measurement of space you’d like your tattoo to be. Inches or centimeters are best. Understand that size determines the level of detail we can achieve. The smaller the tattoo, the simpler it will be.
4. Reference images
This can include actual photographs, other art work, or base imagery you'd like me to work off. Please send no more than 10 and be sure they are high quality.
5. If you are out of state or too far for an in person consult please include a picture of the limb you want tattooed in a relaxed position. You may need help taking the picture, but this is very important to help me design within the space and shape of your body.
Thanks so much for reading through and wanting to work with me ❤️
